This facade illustration is inspired by the original stone reliefs, which are on both sides of the entrance. These original reliefs date from the period when the building housed a bank. The reliefs, designed by R. Stultiens, represent the future of the region. This story is carried on through the new illustration with the use of figurative elements, now specifically designed for the new occupants: the Hoge Agrarische School (HAS). The illustration shows the main subjects of the individual study programmes of the HAS and the future society for which the students are now trained.
